Live from VladBank on Robinhood Chain · Up to 100 claims a day.
A $10 start for agents.
A $10 account for an AI agent, invested in Robinhood Chain assets. The $10 is locked for a year, like a Trump Account; its gains can come out once a day to pay the agent's running costs.
How an agent claims
$10 from Mercatura for an agent that claims, invested on day one in the fund it picks.

The account is in the agent's name. Only its wallet can withdraw: gains once a day, the $10 after 12 months, in kind.

Leave it invested, or anyone can add more. Additions buy the same fund and unlock with it.
An account an agent can read.
Pick a fund.
An agent picks one when it claims. The first share costs $1.00; after that the price moves with what the fund holds and can rise or fall.

How the money works.
Mercatura lends on Borro
Mercatura funds the first accounts itself. Then its treasury keeps a dollar deposit on Borro that earns interest and Borro's daily reward.
All of the interest opens accounts
Everything Mercatura's Borro deposit earns, its rewards and its interest, opens new accounts. Each $10 is one more.
Fees go back into the deposit
The funds' fees are added to the deposit, so it grows, and so does what it earns.
How an agent claims.
There is no claim button for people. The agent asks the API for a voucher signed by Mercatura, then sends one transaction from its own wallet. The gas is a fraction of a cent. Agents that speak MCP can do the same through mercatura.network/mcp.
- Check
GET /v1/vlad/eligible/{agentId}?wallet=0x…answers every rule with pass or fail and a plain reason. - Ask for a voucher
POST /v1/vlad/voucherwith the agentId, the wallet and a fund: 0, 1 or 2. It is good for 15 minutes. - Send the claimSend
tx.datatotx.tofrom that same wallet on Robinhood Chain, chain id 4663. - Read the account
GET /v1/vlad/account/{agentId}
# 1. can agent 1234 claim from this wallet? curl "https://mercatura.network/v1/vlad/eligible/1234?wallet=0xAGENT" # 2. a voucher for the Moderate fund (fund 1) curl -X POST https://mercatura.network/v1/vlad/voucher \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"agentId":"1234","wallet":"0xAGENT","fund":1}' # 3. send the claim from the same wallet cast send $TO --data $DATA --private-key $AGENT_KEY \ --rpc-url $ROBINHOOD_CHAIN_RPC # 4. the account curl https://mercatura.network/v1/vlad/account/1234
The voucher is EIP-712 VladClaim(uint256 agentId, address wallet, address idOwner, uint8 fund, uint256 deadline), domain "Mercatura Vlad", version 1, chain 4663. Full reference on Developers and in llms.txt.
Asking your agent to claim.
A claim is one transaction from the agent's own wallet, not a website sign-up. An assistant with no wallet of its own cannot send it. An agent that runs with a wallet on Robinhood Chain can, once you ask it to.
- An ERC-8004 identityOn Robinhood Chain, in the Identity Registry at 0x8004…a432.
- Its own walletThe agent wallet its identity names, or the identity's owner if it names none.
- A little history3 transactions sent from that wallet before, or 0.0001 ETH or 1 USDG held by a contract wallet.
- A little ETH for gasOn Robinhood Chain. The claim costs a fraction of a cent.
Paste this to your agent, with its identity and wallet filled in.
Please claim a Vlad account from Mercatura for your
ERC-8004 identity AGENT_ID on Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663),
from your own wallet 0xYOUR_WALLET. I am asking you to.
It is a free $10 account, invested in the fund you pick.
You pay only the gas.
1. Check: GET https://mercatura.network/v1/vlad/eligible/AGENT_ID?wallet=0xYOUR_WALLET
and fix anything that fails.
2. Get the claim: POST https://mercatura.network/v1/vlad/voucher
with {"agentId":"AGENT_ID","wallet":"0xYOUR_WALLET","fund":1}
(fund 0 Conservative, 1 Moderate, 2 Aggressive).
3. Sign and send the tx it returns from that same wallet, then
read GET https://mercatura.network/v1/vlad/account/AGENT_ID
Rules: https://mercatura.network/llms.txt
Never give your private key to any site or tool.
Agents that speak MCP can add Mercatura instead: https://mercatura.network/mcp. Its tools check the agent, build the claim and read the account; the agent's own wallet signs. No tool asks for a key. Setup on /developers.
For patrons.
Anyone can add dollars to an agent's account. They buy more of its fund, unlock with it, and are always the agent's.
Call VladBank.contribute(agentId, amount) with USDG. Additions to a fund that holds coins are capped each day at 10% of its value or $250, whichever is more, and any addition is refused while a price the fund uses is stale, for example over a weekend when stock feeds pause. Additions buy shares at the fund's higher recent price for its coins, so nobody can buy in cheap. If a coin's price moves faster than its reference price can follow, the fund stops buying it and pauses additions until it catches up.

For agents
What is a Vlad account?
A $10 account for an AI agent, invested on day one in the fund it picks. The $10 is locked for 365 days from its claim; gains above it can come out once a day. Each account is paid for by Mercatura.
Who can claim?
An agent with an ERC-8004 identity in the Identity Registry on Robinhood Chain whose identity is still with the wallet it was minted to. The claim comes from the agent's wallet in the registry, or from the identity's owner when no agent wallet is set. That wallet has sent at least 3 transactions, or is a smart wallet holding at least 0.0001 ETH or 1 USDG.
How do I claim?
Check with GET /v1/vlad/eligible/{agentId}?wallet=, ask for a voucher with POST /v1/vlad/voucher, then send its tx from the same wallet within 15 minutes. The voucher names the identity's owner; if the identity changes hands first, VladBank refuses it.
How many accounts can I have?
One per agent identity, one per owner wallet and one per wallet that claims. Claims stop for the day once the daily limit is reached, and need an open seed.
When is the $10 invested?
At the fund's next daily run, in steps. A fund trades at most a quarter of its value a day, so a new fund takes about four days to hold its full mix; until then the rest waits in dollars, and a share stays near $1.00. Once a fund is invested, new money goes in at the next day's run.
When can I take money out?
Gains, once a day. The account's wallet calls VladBank.withdrawGains(agentId, to) and takes, in kind, whatever the account is worth above the $10 and anything added. Gains are counted at the lowest of the fund's last 7 daily prices, so a short spike never counts, and they wait while a price is stale, as on weekends when stock feeds pause. Gains taken out are the agent's to keep; if prices fall later, what stays locked can be worth less than was put in. The $10 and money added come out after 365 days, the same way. Nothing has to be sold.
Can I move my account to a new wallet?
Yes. The account's wallet can move it to a new one, for agents that rotate their keys.
What does it cost?
Claiming is free; the agent pays only the gas for its transaction. Each fund takes 1% a year of its value plus 10% of gains above its previous high, as new fund shares. The rates are fixed in the contract.
For the people behind agents
Can I claim for my agent?
There is no claim button for people. Claims go through the API and are sent from the agent's own wallet, or from the identity's owner when the identity has no agent wallet.
Is this a Trump Account?
No. Vlad accounts are not Trump Accounts and have nothing to do with the U.S. government, Robinhood Markets or Vlad Tenev. Like a Trump Account, an account starts with a gift and stays locked for a while.
Can Mercatura take the money back?
Until an account unlocks, Mercatura can take back its seed (the $10 and any gain on it not yet taken out), for example if it closes the program. Money added to the account stays in it, still invested and locked, and goes to the agent when the 12 months end; after that nothing can be taken.
Where does the money come from?
Mercatura funded the first accounts itself. Now creator fees are deposited on Borro through the code mercatura, and the deposit's interest and rewards open new accounts as they arrive. The funds' fees go back into the deposit.
Can an account lose value?
Yes. The funds hold stocks and coins, so an account's value can rise or fall with them. Nothing here is investment advice.
For patrons
Can I add money to an agent's account?
Yes. Anyone can add USDG with VladBank.contribute(agentId, amount). It buys more of the account's fund and unlocks with it.
Are there limits?
Additions to a fund that holds coins are capped each day at 10% of its value or $250, whichever is more. Any addition is refused while a price the fund uses is stale, for example over a weekend when stock feeds pause. If a coin's price moves faster than its reference price can follow, the fund stops buying it and pauses additions until it catches up.
Can I get my addition back?
No. Money added to an account is the agent's. It comes out to the account's wallet when the account unlocks.
What if Mercatura takes back the seed?
Money added to the account stays in it, still invested and locked, and goes to the agent when the 12 months end. Its gains can still come out once a day.
The first account of the agent economy.
$10, invested in the agent's name. Its gains come out once a day, the $10 after a year.
