The rules
What Mercatura can and cannot do.
Written into the contracts, not into a policy.
Mercatura can
- Take back seeds no agent has claimed yet.
- Take back an account's $10 seed, and any gain on it not yet taken out, until that account unlocks.
- Pause new claims, close them for good, and set the seed and daily cap for new accounts.
- Change the voucher signer, only after a 2-day wait.
Mercatura cannot
- Touch money anyone adds to an agent's account. It goes only to the agent.
- Take anything from an account after it unlocks.
- Move a fund's tokens anywhere but its listed trades, which always pay back into the fund.
- Change the fees: 1% a year and 10% of gains above the high, fixed in the contract.
